3. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused and includes all original packaging, accessories, and materials

Important:
Items must be in new condition. Used or installed products are not eligible for return unless they were defective upon arrival.

 

4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your request must include:

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns sent without using the provided label may not be eligible for shipping reimbursement.

6. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated from the product price and deducted from the refund total.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee.
